This week I want to focus on a case study around releasing Heart Walls.
What are Heart Walls?
According to what I have learnt from Dr Bradley Nelson, and from working with the Emotion and Body Codes for the last few years, Heart Walls are energetic walls or barriers constructed by our sub-conscious minds in an effort to protect our hearts from being further wounded and hurt. Typically these Heart Walls do help in this regard, but the problem is that they also block some love and other forms of positive energy like abundance – from reaching us, because of the energetic barrier they form around our hearts.
Fascinatingly, because we often build Heart Walls as a result of childhood experiences, they can be ‘built’ of the most unexpected materials. I have tested a client as having a Heart Wall built from a favourite childhood eiderdown, used for cuddling into for comfort when she was little. Another client tested as having a heart wall built from neapolitan ice-cream. When she thought about this, she remembered that when she and her brother were little, they often stayed with their grandmother who gave them this treat. She associated it with love and comfort.

The reason my client wanted to work with me releasing Heart Walls was because she had -“Persistent pain and pressure in the heart and chest region” – she rated this at an 8/10.“ A feeling of tightness in her chest which resulted in laboured breathing” – she rated this at a 7/10.

What I think
Most of her Heart Walls are affecting more than one organ – sometimes, all her organs. What happens here is that trapped emotional energies, like cancer, can spread and metastasize into organs other than those originally affected. This sounds worse than it is because we simply release all the trapped energy from all affected organs. Sometimes – logically – a Heart Wall is only impacting the heart. You can see this with Frustration and, to a lesser degree, Wishy Washy – which had lodged in both her heart and urinary system.
Given that the negative emotions associated with the heart are lack of enthusiasm and vitality, sadness, despair, feelings of being lost – her feedback after the session is unsurprising. Some of her Heart Walls have been released, thus releasing some of those feelings. If you look at her text messages after her session, you get a great feeling that she’s now feeling happy, excited and full of life!
According to the Body Code, Heart Walls may have a negative physical impact in the form of discomfort in the chest, neck and shoulder area. This lines up with my client’s original ‘complaints’ – a tight band around her chest, laboured breathing, persistent pain and pressure … and by the way, a conscientious practitioner always checks with her client that she has already spoken to her doctor about these symptoms.
After a week, (according to her text message) her body is climbing back up the slope with some discomfort. Why? Because we can’t expect that in one hour, we’ll effectively clear 40-odd years’ worth of trauma, disappointment, broken relationships and karma in general. But I do know that the amazing results after one session get compounded as you do more sessions. It’s a way of your body telling you: “Look at me! I can feel better! I can feel happier!” It’s your body telling you that this initial clean-up has worked, and will keep on working, as you keep on healing yourself.
So there we have it – more astonishing results from energy healing. What can I say? I’ve been doing this for a while and I’m still thrilled to bits, every time, at what people tell me.
