What do you do to help people who are feeling a kind of performance anxiety, or who are feeling ‘stuck’ somehow in their lives, who keep self-sabotaging themselves?
Well The Body Code energy healing therapy is amazing for those kinds of issues – people really see a shift and change, when they come with something that they feel they’re stuck with – this modality really helps them move forwards.
This week my case study focuses on four such women. Women who were ‘stuck’ in some kind of bind, that was making them feel unhappy, stressed and insufficient.
The back story
Each one of the women showcased here was feeling ‘stuck’. Each had some kind of performance anxiety, some kind of knowing that she was sabotaging herself, knowing that she wanted to do better, or feel better, or feel happier. They came from all over the world, they were of various ages and backgrounds, but what they had in common was Trapped Emotions and other emotional baggage from their pasts, that was holding them back and allowing them to get in their own way.

You know you’re blocking yourself by procrastinating, or self-sabotaging, or simply not doing what you want to be doing?
You feel frustrated with yourself but you don’t know what to do to get past yourself? So you recognise that there’s ‘a problem’, but don’t quite know how to deal with it?
Well, they all felt this way, to varying degrees and descriptors, and they all tried energy healing; and it’s definitely helped all four of them to get on with their lives and stop blocking themselves. Maybe it would do the same for you?

What I think
The illustrative report used above is just one of four, although I have shared screen-shotted feedback given by all four women. I chose the report quite randomly, as they were all much of a muchness in the sense that each client had, in the past, lodged Trapped Emotions (TEs) and/or Heart Wall (HWs) emotions and/or Psychic Traumas (TEs) that were affecting her at the current time (of healing).
What we know about these Trapped energies are that they are vibrating at low frequencies, and when we release them the body is able to vibrate at higher frequencies which are more aligned to and higher up the Map of Consciousness. If we were to say that high vibrational energies are in alignment with the Universe and with Creation, then getting rid of the lower vibration energies that are vibrating within us allows more space for us to vibrate at a higher frequency, and thus to feel happier, to attract more positivity and to react in more positive ways which allows more good into our lives.
And I believe that this is what’s happened for each client showcased here. By releasing from them the low vibration energies listed (and others not listed here) on the report, we’ve allowed space for them to be more aligned and attuned to vibrate energetically in the space they wanted to be, we’ve allowed their minds and bodies to realign and to let go of whatever was blocking or sabotaging them, and to move closer to their true and aligned selves.
So there we have it – more astonishing results from energy healing. What can I say?
I love the versatility of the Emotion and Body Codes – I love the challenge of figuring out tough issues that no doctor seems to be able to budge; I love taking those on to see how fast we can shift people out of pain and into peace
