I was given up for adoption.
That’s the kind of wound that buries itself deep.

Even though I grew up in a loving family …
Even though my mind understood my birth mother must have had her reasons …
My heart carried a silent belief that shaped everything that followed:

I wasn’t enough to be kept

That belief — so deadly and invisible — became the lens through which I saw my entire life.

It showed up in my finances, where every step toward abundance met an invisible ceiling.
It showed up in my work, where I hesitated to share my gifts and let self-doubt keep me small.

It showed up in relationships, where I accepted less than I deserved because deep down, I thought I should just be grateful to be chosen at all.

And beneath it all were the wounds of childhood — the Mother Wound and the Father Wound — the ache of not being wanted, of needing to prove myself to earn love, of believing I had to be useful to be worthy.

For years, I told myself I was fine.
Until one day, I realised I wasn’t.
I was simply surviving — and I was exhausted.

The Turning Point

I came to energy healing not because I was curious — but because I was desperate.
Something in me whispered that life didn’t have to be this hard.
That maybe, just maybe, there was another way.

Through The Emotion Code, The Body Code, Psych-K, Quantum Healing and other modalities, I began clearing what had been buried for decades. Not overnight. Not in one session.

But layer by layer, I started to feel lighter. Calmer. Freer.

I discovered that the wound was never the truth — only the story I had learned to live by.

And when that story changed, everything did.

Confidence. Opportunities. Connection. Abundance.
But most of all — love for myself.

My Work Now

Today, my work brings together intuitive healing, coaching, practical tools and Spirit-guided insight to help people change the patterns that can stand between them and greater money, success and receiving. 

After many years working primarily as an intuitive energy healer, my work has evolved. I still use healing extensively — but increasingly I use it to explore what happens within us when we want more: the beliefs, fears, habits, resistance and old stories that can affect what we allow ourselves to pursue, receive and hold.

Through Open to Abundance and my private work in The Alignment Portal, I help people explore those patterns, create change, and become more available for the success, money and expansion they want next.
