About your
Field Coherence Practice
Welcome
Welcome — and thank you for choosing this practice.
This is not a shortcut, a hack, or a promise.
It is a field-coherence practice — designed to support your system to become calmer, steadier, and more receptive in its relationship with money and manifestation.
What this Practice is
This practice works with essential oils as frequency carriers, frequency ‘raisers.’
Plants hold memory, chemistry, and vibration.
When used consciously and repetitively, specific high-quality essential oils can support:
- raising your vibration and aligning your vibrational frequency with the frequency of money and manifesting.
Oil Quality Matters
Please use organic or wild-grown essential oils.
Why this matters:
- Pesticide residues disrupt plant chemistry and coherence
- Cleaner growing conditions support a purer aromatic profile
- High-quality oils are better tolerated by the nervous system
Trusted brands that meet these standards include:
- Tisserand
- Eden’s Garden
Buy slowly. Build your collection over time.
How Often to Practise
This is a daily practice, repeated three times per day.
- Place one drop of each oil that you are using, up to the maximum of the 6 oils listed here – on a teaspoon.
- Place the teaspoon under your tongue.
- Say the mantra as you do so:
“My system is learning ease with money.”
Start spinning a pendulum anti-clockwise. (If you don't have a pendulum, move a finger in an anti-clockwise circle)
... and start to embed this activation, telling your Body its safe for this to be true, by
- Continuing with pendulum movement
- Blinking as rapidly as you can (still looking at the mantra text)
- Verbalising - "Ahhhhhhh .... " and/or "Ummmmm ...." for about a minute ... and,
- Allow your pendulum to come to a standstill by itself.
The Oils we use and how they support Your Money Field
- Geranium (Rose): recommended by Ozaipaz as the first oil you work with.
Balances giving and receiving, especially where money and emotional labour have been linked. - Blue Lotus: recommended by Ozaipaz as the second oil you work with.
Encourages receptivity, spaciousness, and a softened relationship with desire and receiving. - Bergamot (non-phototoxic):
Supports optimism and eases nervous-system charge around money decisions and visibility. - Coriander Seed:
Helps release mental over-control and tightness around outcomes and resources. - Frankincense (Carterii):
Supports steadiness, trust, and long-range perspective rather than urgency. - Neroli:
Supports worthiness and gentleness where money has been associated with pressure or self-judgement.
Choose Geranium and Blue Lotus as your first oils, followed by what calls to you.
Toothpaste Timing
Leave at least 10 minutes either side of brushing your teeth before placing oils under your tongue.
Optional Group Support
Inside the Facebook group, you’re welcome to ask me for an intuitive reading relating to your current level of resistance to aligning with money and manifesting.
Simply post:
Gen, how resistant am I to aligning my vibrational frequency to the frequency of money and manifesting?
I’ll intuitively tune in and give you your current reading, and if you remind me, I’ll happily re-check it every couple of months so you can gently track your shifts and progress over time.
With love and luminous flow,
and the guiding light of Ozaipaz
