All about tapping to Reclaim Trust

If you’ve been trying to visualise, journal, tap, or manifest something and it’s felt like you’re pushing uphill — this is where I gently invite you to pause, breathe, and step back into trust.

 Here’s what I recommend:

🔹 For the next 5-10 days, set aside what you’ve been trying to manifest or shift.

🔹 Instead, come to this tapping ritual with openness and presence.

🔹 Tap through the script once per day — ideally when you won’t be interrupted.

🔹 You don’t need to fix anything. Just let the words wash through you.

🔹 If emotions come up — let them. They’re part of the clearing.

🔹 After 5-10 days, check in with your heart: do you feel clearer, softer, more trusting?

🔹 You can ask me as well - I will test for you if you’ve ‘finished’ with this for now.

Tapping Script: Releasing Resistance & Rebuilding Trust in Manifestation

 Estimated timing: 6–8 minutes

You can do this with standard EFT tapping points (start of eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, chin, collarbone, under arm, top of head). Tap on each of the phrases, repeating each 2 or 3 times. Take a slow breath before you begin.

Opening Setup Phrase

(Karate Chop Point – repeat 3x) ie repeat the entire phrase 3X – tapping on one or the other / both of your karate chop points.

Even though I sometimes doubt that this works — even though part of me struggles to believe in tapping, or visualising, or manifesting — I honour how I feel and I choose to be gentle with myself as I open to change.

Round 1: Clearing Resistance

Eyebrow:
I feel this doubt. (Say each statement throughout the tapping  2X or 3X)
Side of Eye:
Part of me wants to believe, but part of me just can’t.
Under Eye:
What if I’ve been wasting my time?
Under Nose:
I’ve tried before, and it hasn’t always worked.
Chin:
I feel frustrated with myself for not getting results.
Collarbone:
I feel blocked — like I’m doing something wrong.
Under Arm:
I want to believe, but I’m scared to trust again.
Top of Head:
What if nothing’s changing, and it never will?

Round 2: Acknowledging the Deeper Truth

Eyebrow:
But what if this doubt is just fear in disguise?
Side of Eye:
What if it’s not a block — it’s a wound?
Under Eye:
Maybe I’m afraid of hoping again.
Under Nose:
Maybe I’m afraid of being disappointed.
Chin:
And that’s okay. That’s human.
Collarbone:
But I also know I’m capable of healing.
Under Arm:
I’ve seen glimpses of magic before.
Top of Head:
And deep down, I know change is possible.

Round 3: Reclaiming Trust & Openness

Eyebrow:
I choose to let go of this fear now.
Side of Eye:
I release the belief that this doesn’t work for me.
Under Eye:
I allow my system to soften into trust.
Under Nose:
I allow myself to open, just a little.
Chin:
What if I could just try again — with no pressure?
Collarbone:
What if it’s already working in ways I can’t yet see?
Under Arm:
I’m safe to believe in my power.
Top of Head:
I’m allowed to receive. I’m ready to trust again.

Closing Affirmations

(place hand to heart, breathe deeply and say out loud):

I don’t have to be perfect.
I don’t have to do it “right.”
I’m allowed to believe in gentle miracles.
I’m allowed to heal my relationship with trust.
I’m allowed to manifest what I truly desire.
And I’m worthy of every bit of it.
